We are looking for a young, dynamic, and results-oriented Technical Recruiter with strong experience in Construction, Power, and Technical recruitment. The ideal candidate must be capable of managing both white-collar and blue-collar hiring, understanding technical requirements, leading the recruitment team, and delivering quality candidates within tight deadlines. Strong reporting, communication, coordination, and decision-making skills are essential.
Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment.
Handle white-collar, blue-collar, and specialized technical hiring requirements.
Understand job requirements quickly and identify suitable candidates efficiently.
Develop effective sourcing strategies to meet urgent and bulk hiring needs.
Lead the recruitment team, assign targets, and monitor performance.
Coordinate with department heads and hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
Maintain recruitment reports, hiring trackers, and regular management updates.
Monitor recruitment progress, turnaround time, and overall hiring performance.
Build talent pipelines and maintain strong candidate networks.
Ensure timely shortlisting, screening, interviews, and candidate selection.
Manage multiple vacancies simultaneously in a fast-paced work environment.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 2-4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with proven experience in international hiring across multiple countries and markets.
Proven experience in Construction, Contracting, Power, and Technical Recruitment specifically International Hirings is highly preferred.
Experience in both white-collar and blue-collar hiring.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent understanding of technical job requirements and candidate profiles.
Strong reporting, analytical, and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work under pressure, manage urgent vacancies, and meet deadlines.
HR certifications such as SHRM, CIPD, or other relevant international certifications will be an advantage.
