Cantor Fitzgerald Securities is seeking a proactive Technical Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team in Jacksonville, FL. You will partner with engineering, infrastructure, and data leaders to source, screen, and secure top technical talent that powers our trading, risk, and technology platforms. This role blends a curiosity for technology with an understanding of financial markets, offering a fast‑paced environment where you can shape the firm’s technical workforce.

• Source, screen, and manage candidates for software engineering, infrastructure, data, cybersecurity, and fintech roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to translate technical requirements into effective sourcing strategies.
• Conduct initial phone screens assessing technical fit, communication skills, and cultural alignment.
• Maintain accurate candidate pipelines and records in the ATS.
• Coordinate interview scheduling, feedback collection, and offer processes with hiring managers and HR.
• Build a strong talent pipeline through LinkedIn, GitHub, referrals, networking events, and job boards.
• Support employer branding initiatives to position Cantor Fitzgerald as an employer of choice for technical talent.
• Stay current on technology hiring trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitor landscape.
• Assist in drafting and refining job descriptions with hiring managers.
• Deliver a positive, professional candidate experience throughout the recruiting process.
• 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting (internal or agency).
• Strong technology acumen with familiarity in software engineering concepts, programming languages, cloud infrastructure, and data/AI roles.
• Working knowledge of financial services and capital markets concepts is a strong plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
• Strong organizational skills; ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously.
• Proficiency with ATS platforms (e.g., Oracle, Greenhouse, Workday) and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub).
• Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and comfortable in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
• Prior experience recruiting for financial services, fintech, or trading technology organizations is a plus.
• Certification or coursework in HR/talent acquisition (e.g., AIRS, SHRM) is a nice‑to‑have.
