Koch Recruiting is hiring a IDL Recruiter to support Molex Guad 1. This role will play a critical part in identifying and attracting contribution‑motivated talent, with a primary focus on manufacturing technicians and Engineers supporting different types of projects.

This recruiter will own the full‑cycle recruitment process for technician and technical manufacturing roles at Molex Guad 1, leveraging strong sourcing capabilities and building trusted partnerships with site leaders to deliver successful hiring outcomes. As part of the Koch Recruiting leveraged capability, the IDL Recruiter must be adaptable and capable of supporting additional roles or departments within Molex or Koch, as business needs evolve.

You will be part of Koch Recruiting, supporting hiring efforts primarily for Molex operations in Guadalajara. The team collaborates with business leaders to drive talent strategies that enable operational excellence, growth, and long-term value creation.

What You Will Do

  • Own the end‑to‑end recruitment process for manufacturing technician roles, partnering closely with hiring supervisors to develop effective hiring strategies aligned with site production and quality needs.
  • Recruit for technician and technical manufacturing positions, including roles supporting electronics assembly, optical products, medical devices, automation, testing, maintenance, and related operations.
  • Leverage diverse sourcing channels (direct sourcing, referrals, internal talent, external pipelines) to attract a qualified and diverse candidate pool.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and site leadership, providing guidance on talent availability, market conditions, and selection best practices.
  • Create a positive, inclusive candidate experience that positions Molex as an employer of choice in the Guadalajara manufacturing market.
  • Build strong relationships with site leaders to understand workforce planning needs, hiring priorities, and short‑ and long‑term talent demands.
  • Stay informed on local labor market trends, manufacturing skill availability, and competitor activity to support proactive recruiting strategies.
  • Ensure compliance throughout the hiring process by adhering to internal policies, local labor regulations, and applicable employment laws.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Recruiting and/or sourcing experience, or experience supporting the recruitment process through coordination, HR, or site‑based staffing support.
  • Experience recruiting or supporting hiring in manufacturing, operations, or technical environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with hiring managers and site stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) or similar recruiting tools.
  • Willingness to be site‑focused at Molex Guad 1 and support operational hiring needs.

What Will Put You Ahead

  • Experience recruiting manufacturing technicians, particularly within electronics, optical industries.
  • Familiarity with technician skill sets such as assembly, testing, automation, quality, maintenance, or clean‑room environments.
  • Experience supporting high‑volume or operational hiring in a manufacturing setting.
  • Knowledge of inclusive hiring practices and structured selection processes.
