INTECH Automation Intelligence is seeking a Technical Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the efficient management of talent, employee engagement, and organizational growth across industries. What You’ll Lead and Deliver:

• Handle the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, selection, and offer management.
• Source potential candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, social media, recruitment databases, and other relevant channels.
• Review CVs and applications against job requirements and prepare candidate shortlists for hiring managers.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate assessments and interviews.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, candidate profiles, and hiring priorities.
• Maintain and continuously update a strong talent pipeline for current and future vacancies.
• Ensure timely follow-up with candidates throughout the recruitment process and provide a positive candidate experience.
• Assist in preparing and sharing job postings, recruitment communications, and candidate correspondence.
• Assist with employer branding initiatives, including recruitment campaigns, social media content, career fairs, and university engagement activities.
• Coordinate with selected recruitment agencies and external hiring partners when required.
• Ensure recruitment activities are conducted in accordance with company policies, employment regulations, and applicable legal requirements.
• Support the onboarding process from offer acceptance through the candidate's first day, ensuring required documentation and pre-joining activities are completed on time.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure new joiners have the necessary documentation, access, equipment, and information before joining.
• Assist in organizing and coordinating orientation and induction programs for new employees.
• Support new hires in understanding company processes, culture, policies, and available resources.
• Collaborate with HR and department teams to ensure a smooth and engaging onboarding experience for new employees.

Requirements

To Be Successful in This Role, You Must Have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of HR experience, preferably in technical recruitment.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong sourcing skills and experience using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and ATS platforms.
• Proficiency in Canva and presentation development, with the ability to create professional recruitment, employer branding, HR, and management presentations.
• Strong organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information and matters professionally.
