Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team in Chennai and lead full-cycle hiring for a variety of technology roles. In this role, you will partner closely with senior leaders and hiring managers to design and execute effective recruiting strategies that support a rapidly growing business. You will drive proactive sourcing, develop strong talent pipelines, and influence hiring decisions through data and market insights. Your work will directly impact Gigamon’s ability to attract and hire top technical talent in a competitive market.

What you’ll do:

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for technical roles, from intake and sourcing through offer and close.
• Partner with the Manager Talent Acquisition to define, drive, and refine recruitment strategies and hiring plans.
• Develop, drive, and execute comprehensive search strategies, including market and industry profiling, networking, and direct sourcing.
• Provide strategic advice and influence to hiring managers and senior leaders, offering data-driven recommendations on talent, process, and hiring decisions.
• Facilitate and lead meetings with Talent Acquisition and client groups to align on priorities, initiatives, and process improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders such as Legal, Finance, Facilities, and HR to ensure a seamless hiring process and exceptional candidate experience.
• Analyze recruiting data, generate reports, and share key metrics and insights with stakeholders to inform decision-making.

What you’ve done:

• Have 10 –14 years of end-to-end recruiting experience within technology companies, with a strong track record in technical hiring.
• Earned a bachelor’s degree in human resources.
• Demonstrated success managing full-cycle hiring, with deep experience in proactive sourcing and talent pipeline development for technical roles.
• Gained proficiency using MS Office applications and an Applicant Tracking System (ideally Jobvite), along with advanced internet search techniques and sourcing tools.
• Shown the ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal, with experience engaging and influencing stakeholders at multiple levels of the organization.
