The Work
(What you’ll be doing & Your Impact)

  • Execute end-to-end recruitment processes for technical, product, design, and creative roles, from intake to offer.
  • Source, screen, and engage talent across Software Engineering, Data, Infrastructure, AI, Product, UX/UI, Brand, Motion, and Creative roles.
  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing and relationship-building.
  • Conduct candidate interviews and provide clear, thoughtful recommendations to hiring teams.
  • Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and stakeholders to align on role requirements and move searches forward efficiently.
  • Manage multiple active searches simultaneously while maintaining a high-quality candidate experience and consistent communication.
  • Keep searches moving through proactive sourcing, candidate engagement, and strong process management.
  • Track recruiting activity, pipeline health, and hiring progress to support team goals and continuous improvement.

Needed Expertise
(What you need to succeed in the role)

  • 3+ years of experience recruiting technical, product, design, and creative talent.
  • Strong understanding of software engineering, infrastructure, data, AI, product, and design roles.
  • Hands-on sourcing experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other talent sourcing platforms.
  • Experience conducting candidate interviews and evaluating both technical alignment and overall fit.
  • Ability to manage multiple active searches while balancing candidate experience, stakeholder communication, and delivery timelines.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with candidates, hiring managers, and team members.
  • Experience working in startup, agency, or other fast-moving environments.
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruiting tools.
