• Reviewing client job descriptions, sourcing, screening, qualifying and submitting resumes based on the clients needs.
• Sourcing from different job boards and LinkedIn.
• Foster long-term relationship with candidates.
• Should have the ability to do proactive recruitment, pipeline candidates through various recruiting and social networking sites.
• Utilize innovative and effective convincing/negotiation skills to attract top talent.
• Should have understanding and ability to meet all quality parameters before submitting resume.
• Ensure that adequate number of qualified candidates is submitted for all assigned client requirements in a timely manner.
• Should be business professional and have technical hiring experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills along with collaborative team spirit.
• Must have W2 hiring experience
