Apogee is seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team supporting Department of War (DoW) contract hiring. You will drive full‑lifecycle recruiting for cleared and technical roles, partner with hiring managers and proposals to build staffing plans, and be a subject-matter source for mapping talent to contract labor categories.
This is a full-time hybrid position at our company headquarters in Dayton, OH.
Minimum Experience:
Citizenship: Must be a US citizen Education: High School Diploma Years of Experience: 7+ years’ direct experience recruiting technical talent for DoW contracts (full lifecycle recruiting)
Experienced:
Preferred Qualifications:
Clearance: Secret-level clearance
Certifications: Certified Internet Recruiter (CIR) or similar sourcing certification.
Education: Bachelor's degree
