As a Technical Recruiter, you will play a vital role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for technical and engineering positions. Your passion for delivering excellent results and building lasting relationships with clients and candidates will be critical to your success.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview potential candidates for technical and engineering roles
• Build and maintain a network of top technical talent through sourcing, referrals, and other methods
• Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to understand their needs and requirements
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports of all recruitment activities
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements to provide guidance and advice to clients and candidates
• Contribute to the growth and success of the agency by proactively seeking out new business opportunities

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or a related field
• 1 to 2+ years of experience as a Technical Recruiter, ideally in an agency environment
• Some knowledge of technical and engineering disciplines (training can and will be provided)
• Proven track record of delivering outstanding results and building lasting relationships with clients and candidates
• Excellent communication in both Thai and English, interpersonal, and time management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

• Outstanding commission from 10%, 20%, and 30% per month (Track record of highest monthly commission up to 20,000 - 500,000 Bath/Month)
