AJW Group is looking for a Technical Records Systems Administrator to support the management, accuracy, and governance of technical records and operational data across our aviation business.
This role is ideal for candidates from airline engineering support, technical records, CAMO, MRO, or maintenance administration environments who are looking for broader operational exposure and involvement in systems and process improvement initiatives.
Administer and maintain technical records systems and operational databases.
Ensure technical records are accurate, complete, and compliant.
Support document control, records validation, and operational governance activities.
Work closely with Engineering, Quality, Operations, and Supply Chain teams.
Assist with audits, reporting requests, and compliance activities.
Support records process improvement and systems optimisation initiatives.
Investigate records discrepancies and support issue resolution.
Produce operational reporting and support data governance activities.
Experience within aviation technical records, CAMO, engineering support, MRO, or maintenance administration.
Strong attention to detail and organisational capability.
Experience working with aviation records systems or ERP platforms.
Ability to manage and validate operational data accurately.
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Familiarity with aviation compliance and regulatory environments would be advantageous.
Experience with Quantum, AMOS, SAP, TRAX, or similar systems would be beneficial.
