We are seeking an experienced Technical R&D Project Manager to join our global FACTS (Flexible AC Transmission Systems) New Product Introduction (NPI) team. Based in our Tampere Solution Line office, you will lead high-impact NPI and New Technology Introduction (NTI) programs for our industry-leading STATCOM solutions.
At GE VERNOVA, we deliver high-power (>100MVAr) reactive power compensation and stability solutions that are critical to the global energy transition. You will manage complex, cutting-edge technology projects that directly enable a decarbonized and electrified world. While your primary focus is project execution, you will also act as a technical partner, contributing to the innovations generated by your project teams.

Our business is growing rapidly and 95% of the products manufactured in Tampere factory are exported globally.
