o Technical advice, by phone and email
o Answer customer questions and complains

o Decisions regarding technical inquiries related to equipment
o Prepare technical notices for the intranet.
o Planning, supervising and generating and maintaining the documentary file referring to maintenance and internal & external calibrations of equipment.
o Training
o Participate in holding courses, distance learning, and internal/external.
o Quality & HSQE
o Support in planning audits (internal and external)
o Support in internal audits, administrative and on location.
o Follow-up on deviations (basically related to equipment)
o Participate in external audits, (among other things start-up)
o In collaboration with the Technical Manager, ensure that Applus meets requirements for ISO certification.
o Support in the preparation/maintenance of internal regulations.
o Support to carry out the implementation of the HQSE policy basically related to equipment.
Requirements
o University graduate preferably in engineering (Electric, mechanics or electronic)
o Proficient in Office 365
o Minimum of 3-5 years of technical department experience. Experienced user in Microsoft Office tools
o English and Arabic speaking and writing
