Your role:

As a Technical Promoter Low Voltage, you will be part of Macro Area North-Center (Tuscany area) within the Smart Infrastructure of Electrical products Business Unit, contributing to Promote Industrial product and solutions.

Your day-to-day activities will include promote Industrial product and solutions in industrial market, supporting OEM, Panel Builders and Distributors, and close collaboration with sales, marketing and product management team to support profitable growth of Electrical Products Business Unit.

You’ll make an impact by:

  • Promote Industrial products and solutions to enhance customers’ energy efficiency and digital transformation efforts thus identifying the right channels for the Industrial market (OEMs, Distributors and Panel Builders), with the aim of increasing the complete portfolio of low voltage.
  • Providing technical support to OEMs, Panel Builders, and Distributors
  • Cooperate with the sales, marketing and product management teams, providing a wide view of current offers and opportunities.
  • Develop tools, reports / dashboards in order to evaluate sales trends in comparison with budget, thus allowing the Management to define the annual forecast.
  • Influence the main stakeholders and the Customer’s “Decision makers”;
  • Provide some insights on the customer's point of view in innovation processes.

Core Requirements

  • Have deep knowledge of the industrial market and the competitors’ offer
  • Passion and readiness to manage issues related to technological innovation including IoT and Industrial Clouds;
  • Experience in technical support of Low Voltage Components within Industrial Market;
  • General knowledge of LV panels and automation;
  • Available to frequent business trips on national level, and sometimes also international;
  • Good knowledge of English and Italian, both written and spoken;
  • Strong orientation to reach the targets and to customer service, initiative, autonomy and propensity to work in team

Preferred Requirements

· Bachelor or Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Computer Science, Mechatronics, or Technical High School Diploma

  • Excellent communication and relational skills, enthusiasm and passion.

The pay range for this position is €45.000–€64.000 annually. The actual offer will be determined within this range, based on the candidate’s experience, knowledge, skills, and qualifications.
