The Technical Project Manager will manage the day-to-day coordination between a team of technical implementation professionals supporting a large-scale, mission-critical federal government program. This role provides hands-on leadership across the planning, coordination, execution, and deployment of technical solutions involving cybersecurity, network infrastructure, systems integration, and testing. The selected candidate will be responsible for implementation team performance, workforce planning, resource allocation, technical delivery, and operational readiness, ensuring projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with FAA requirements, security standards, and quality expectations.

$146,000 - $234,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
