2. An expert familiar with the power module manufacturing process and can solve the issue.
3. Organize continuous manufacturing improvement projects with team members.
4. Research and Development of Customized Processes, Equipment, and Materials.
Requirements:1.10+ years of work experience in SMT, EMS, Semiconductor industries, etc.
2.Experience in interfacing and interacting with customers in discussing technical and process issues.
3. Understanding of Power Module, IGBT process are preferred.
4. TOEIC 500+
