Job Description

This role requires expertise in data interpretation, visualization, and governance to drive operational and strategic initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate will combine technical proficiency with business acumen to ensure successful project delivery and portfolio management. The candidate will be working closely with the senior leadership team and will have immense opportunities to learn and understand the executive level POV.

Key Responsibilities

Data Analysis & Reporting

• Utilize MS Excel (Pivot Tables, Gantt Charts, VLOOKUP) for advanced data analysis and reporting.

• Interpret complex datasets across multiple worksheets to derive actionable insights.

Data Storytelling & Visualization

• Create compelling presentations using MS PowerPoint for executive-level communication.

• Develop dashboards and reports in Power BI, ensuring accurate data extraction and interpretation.

Project & Portfolio Management

• Manage end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring timely follow-up on deliverables and adherence to strict deadlines.

• Facilitate portfolio management, including project prioritization and resource allocation across operational and strategic initiatives.

Stakeholder Management

• Drive cross-functional collaboration and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

• Communicate effectively to align project objectives with business goals.

Governance & Compliance

• Implement strong governance frameworks to ensure project quality and adherence to organizational standards.

• Establish and maintain project documentation, best practices, and success metrics for knowledge management

Business Acumen

• Demonstrate understanding of RCM business processes, functions, and work scopes to align projects with business strategy.

Skills

• Technical Skills:

  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, Gantt Charts, VLOOKUP).

  • Expertise in Power BI for data visualization and reporting.

  • Strong presentation skills in MS PowerPoint

• Project Management Skills:

  • Proven experience in managing multiple projects with strict timelines.

  • Familiarity with portfolio management tools and methodologies.

• Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Domain Knowledge: Understanding RCM business and operational workflows.

• Experience: 4-5 years in PMO, project management, or data-driven roles.

Preferred Skills

• MS PowerPoint Excellence

• Project Management Expertise- Certificates such as PMP OR CAPM are a plus
