Manages advanced maintenance projects, providing leadership in planning, oversight and compliance with state and federal regulations. Oversees projects objectives, ensures quality assurance/quality control, and maintains project integrity. Work requires extensive contact with maintenance sections, area offices agency management, governmental officials and private entities. Employees at this level are virtually self-supervising and assume direct accountability for the work product.

Technical Project Manager I 5 YEARS maintenance project management; process engineering and business process improvement methodologies. (Experience can be satisfied by full time or prorated part time equivalent).
Technical Project Manager II 6 YEARS maintenance project management, process engineering and/or business process improvement methodologies. (Experience can be satisfied by full time or prorated part time equivalent).
