Diabolocom is looking for a Technical Project Manager to coordinate engineering delivery across our organization and work closely with the Head of Software Engineering on roadmap execution.
You will work across Engineering, Product, Infrastructure and Project teams to keep delivery on track, manage dependencies, identify risks early, and help turn delivery challenges into clear actions and decisions.
We are looking for someone with a software engineering background who has moved into technical leadership and genuinely enjoys the operational side of engineering.
Our engineering organization includes around 90 engineers across 12 teams, working on a complex global product and multiple parallel initiatives.
This role combines ownership of our engineering delivery processes with hands-on execution. You will be responsible not only for running these processes, but also for continuously improving how we plan, coordinate and track delivery across the organization.
You will own and continuously improve:
You will build on our existing practices and ClickUp workflows, identifying what can work better and evolving the processes as the organization and product develop.
Day to day, you will:
You will work closely with Engineering, Product, Infrastructure and Project teams to facilitate alignment.
The objective is simple: make software delivery predictable, transparent and effective.
First few weeks: You start taking ownership of delivery operations and become effective in coordinating ongoing delivery.
Within ~6-8 weeks: You understand the roadmap, teams, dependencies and delivery processes well enough to manage them confidently and start identifying opportunities for improvement.
Within 3 months: You operate autonomously across day-to-day engineering delivery coordination, bringing in the Head of Software Engineering when decisions or trade-offs require escalation.
Your work will directly influence our delivery efficiency and predictability: how much we can take on and how reliably we deliver what we commit to.
We are looking for someone who started in software engineering and moved into technical leadership, for example, an Engineering Manager, Technical Lead, senior Team Lead, or Technical Program Manager.
Titles matter less than scope. You need enough technical depth to understand architecture and dependencies, ask the right questions, and navigate complex delivery problems across teams.
French and Russian are nice to have.
You still enjoy technical complexity, but what really motivates you is making execution work.
You like finding out why something is stuck and fixing it.
You genuinely enjoy the operational side of engineering: creating structure, improving processes, coordinating teams and making sure things get delivered.
You don’t just want to follow an established process. You naturally look for ways to make it work better.
You are comfortable working across multiple teams, asking difficult questions when needed, and bringing structure to situations where priorities, dependencies or timelines are not immediately clear.

For Engineering, this means working on the technical and operational challenges of an established enterprise product, from real-time communications and distributed systems to complex integrations, while contributing to its next generation.
With teams across Europe, the US, Brazil and the UAE, and an engineering organization of around 90 people, this role offers the opportunity to work on engineering delivery behind a global product used for critical customer operations.
This is a hands-on role combining delivery execution with process ownership.
You will work with the Head of Software Engineering, Team Leads, Product, Infrastructure and Project teams, with a broad view of engineering delivery across the organization.
You will inherit established delivery practices, own them, and continuously improve how we plan, coordinate and track execution.
