Our Team provides managed services and proactive and reactive support to our global customers. We utilize tools, process and knowledge to integrate and maintain Akamai security, media, and performance solutions for our clients. We collaborate to solve problems, innovate to provide creative solutions and work to improve for our customers and team.

Become a trusted advisor

As a Technical Project Manager, from pre-sales through to integration and performance, you will be an end-to-end trusted advisor to customers, managing their engagement with our platform and building technical solutions. In a high-impact environment you'll be project managing, problem-solving and building close relationships with customers across many industries.

As a Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Advocating best practices for the customer and internal teams during product implementation, and providing customer feedback to the Product team
  • Being the central point of contact for customers and leading the integrated account team delivering customer success
  • Partnering with the business to review and ensure integration efficiency, high quality service and keep customers engaged
  • Identifying service enhancements and potential problems to ensure continuous improvements to quality of customer service delivery
  • Communicating with internal, external customers and partners to share information and deliverables

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Demonstrate experience in a customer-facing role within the information technology industry
  • Show some experience of managing and delivering technical customer projects successfully
  • Show understanding of network, web performance, and application/network security technologies/architectures as well as project management methodologies
  • Demonstrate experience in managing multiple priorities
  • Demonstrate communication skills and an ability to build trusting relationships with customers across various levels
  • Be fluent in Arabic and English
