Job Description

This is a remote position. We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to join an international technology environment supporting software engineering and delivery initiatives. The role involves coordinating technical projects across engineering, product and architecture teams, including colleagues based in the United States. The Technical Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring that software initiatives are properly planned, technical dependencies are understood and delivery progresses according to agreed timelines and release cycles. The projects may involve application development, system integrations, APIs, software releases and improvements to existing technology platforms. Location: Poland Responsibilities • Lead the execution of software development initiatives and define project scope, objectives and technical deliverables. • Prepare delivery plans aligned with software release cycles. • Work directly with software engineers, architects, QA and DevOps teams. • Coordinate activities across the full SDLC, including development, testing, integration and deployment. • Identify dependencies between applications, systems and teams. • Identify technical and delivery risks early and coordinate actions required to resolve blockers. • Act as the link between engineering, product and business stakeholders, including US engineering teams. • Communicate project progress, risks and dependencies and provide clear reporting on delivery status and milestones. Requirements • Strong experience managing technical software projects • Experience delivering initiatives across the full Software Development Lifecycle • Experience working directly with software engineering teams • Good understanding of software architecture and system integrations • Understanding of APIs and dependencies between enterprise applications • Experience coordinating development, testing and deployment activities • Agile or hybrid project delivery experience • Strong risk and dependency management • Experience working with product and architecture teams • Experience using Jira and similar project management tools • Understanding of CI/CD and DevOps delivery practices • Experience working with international or distributed teams • Strong stakeholder communication and reporting skills • Ability to manage complex technical initiatives independently • Strong English • Flexibility to support US teams, occasionally until 19:00 Polish time Nice to have • Experience in payments, fintech or banking • Experience delivering payment technology applications • Experience with large enterprise software platforms • Cloud technology knowledge, particularly AWS or Azure • Experience with microservices and API integrations • Jira and Confluence • PMP, Scrum Master or SAFe certification • Cloud, DevOps or software delivery certifications • Experience coordinating several engineering teams simultaneously Benefits • Solid, competitive salary • Work in a multinational environment on international projects • Comprehensive healthcare • Long-term B2B contract with a stable project pipeline
