Job Summary

The Technical Project Manager (TPM) will oversee and manage the end-to-end delivery of complex enterprise cloud solutions and platforms, with a strong mandatory focus on Amazon Web Services (AWS). Operating within our Professional Services (PS) team, this mid-level role requires a skilled manager who can navigate technical constraints and system integrations within highly regulated, enterprise-grade environments (such as the financial, insurance, and public sectors). The ideal candidate will seamlessly bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution, combining deep AWS understanding with project methodologies, resource management, and client-facing excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the delivery of platform integrations and cloud projects for major enterprise clients from inception to deployment, ensuring high customer satisfaction and alignment with business goals.
• Drive the execution of AWS cloud infrastructure solutions and advanced platform architectures, working closely with engineering and architecture teams.
• Serve as the primary PS focal point for large-scale enterprise, financial, and government clients. Manage stakeholder relationships, conduct regular briefings, and ensure alignment between technical teams and client management.
• Conduct systems analysis, capture complex business requirements, and author comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and technical specifications (SOWs) for client engagements.
• Monitor detailed project budgets, track project profitability, and ensure optimal resource allocation and cost efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee system integration processes within highly regulated environments. Collaborate with security and compliance teams to ensure solutions meet strict enterprise and financial sector regulations.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks associated with project delivery. Utilize enterprise tools to track project health, timelines, and KPIs.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager or Program Manager delivering complex technical projects (Mid-level).
• Proven experience working in a Professional Services organization, managing client-facing technical delivery and scoping (SOWs).
• Strong, hands-on understanding of AWS cloud technologies, services, and architectural patterns is a MUST.
• Experience managing projects for the financial sector (FSI), insurance, or government entities is a major advantage.
• Proven track record in writing detailed business/technical characterization documents and bridging the gap between R&D and clients.
• Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies and hands-on experience with enterprise management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, SalesForce, AI tools).
• Experience or familiarity with Generative AI projects or LLM integrations is a strong advantage.
• Exceptional client-facing, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to manage matrixed environments and competing priorities.

Preferred Certifications:

• AWS Certified Solutions Architect (Associate/Professional) or AWS Certified DevOps Engineer.
• PMP, PgMP, or Agile/Scrum Master certifications.
