Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage project scope, timelines, risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies to ensure successful delivery of product initiatives following the product management lifecycle
  • Partner with Product Management to translate roadmap priorities into actionable delivery plans, milestones, dependencies, and release schedules
  • Establish governance processes and provide weekly status reporting to leadership and executives on project health, milestones, risks, and mitigation plans
  • Collaborate with client-facing teams and, when appropriate, directly engage customers to gather feedback, support pilot programs, validate readiness, and communicate delivery plans
  • Identifies solutions to non-standard requests and problems
  • Create and maintain project artifacts including meeting recaps, meeting agendas, project reporting, project plans, stakeholder lists and other artifacts as needed
  • Facilitate project and stakeholder meetings to drive project planning and execution with minimal guidance and able to lead complex and technical conversations
  • Apply critical thinking, sound judgment, and structured problem-solving to navigate ambiguity, resolve complex cross-functional challenges, evaluate tradeoffs, and drive timely decision-making
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

Required Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of project or program management experience leading complex, cross-functional product technology initiatives
  • Experience managing product roadmap delivery from concept through release and adoption
  • Experience leveraging Microsoft Copilot, Generative AI, and AI-powered productivity tools to improve planning, reporting, decision-making, and delivery execution
  • Experience partnering with Product Management, Engineering, Quality Assurance, Operations, Support, and Client Implementation teams
  • Solid experience with Microsoft 365 applications, including Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, and Copilot
  • Experience evaluating business processes and recommending automation strategies to improve efficiency and scalability
  • Experience creating executive summaries, status reports, leadership presentations, and stakeholder communications
  • Experience facilitating meetings ranging from working sessions to governance meetings
  • Experience with communicating complex technical concepts in clear, concise business language
  • Knowledge of AI agents, workflow automation, prompt engineering, and emerging AI capabilities within enterprise environments
  • Solid understanding of Agile, Scrum, and product development lifecycle processes
  • Familiarity with APIs, integrations, system dependencies, and technical architecture concepts sufficient to facilitate discussions between business and engineering stakeholders
  • Advanced proficiency in project management software (Smartsheet preferred), including project dashboards, reports, automation workflows, and executive reporting
  • Demonstrated ability to manage dependencies, risks, issues, and timelines across multiple teams simultaneously
  • Proven ability to create executive dashboards and actionable project metrics
  • Proven ability to influence decisions and drive alignment across technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Proven solid organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience with a backlog management software (Aha! preferred), roadmap planning, and delivery tracking
  • Experience presenting project status, risks, recommendations, and business outcomes. Preference on presenting to senior leadership and executive stakeholders
  • Demonstrate a continuous improvement mindset by identifying opportunities to enhance processes, streamline workflows, and improve project delivery effectiveness through innovation and operational excellence

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
  • AI, Copilot, or automation-related certifications
