As a Technical Project Manager, you will lead strategic engineering projects that support the growth of Molex's Optical Solutions business. This role is responsible for driving cross-functional initiatives from concept through implementation, ensuring successful execution of new products, capacity expansion efforts, and automation projects that create value for customers and the business. You will collaborate with engineering, operations, and business teams to translate customer requirements into executable project plans while managing scope, timelines, resources, and risk.
You will join the Optical Solutions Business Unit, a collaborative engineering organization focused on optical connectivity and transceiver technologies. Our team partners closely with customers and internal stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions while supporting business growth through operational excellence, technical expertise, and project execution.
