This is an exciting opportunity for the successful candidate to join Susquehanna to work alongside core business teams, traders, technology managers, developers and domain experts to drive and deliver business and technology initiatives across the full trading lifecycle.
You will partner with the business to define business requirements across the front and middle office environments. You will be responsible for evaluating appropriate methodologies (or aspects of methodologies) that best apply to these projects to ensure that they are deployed and implemented according to the needs of the business teams.
You will create and manage project plans and schedules, coordinate activities within Technology, identify potential issues, provide status reporting/updates and facilitate these projects and initiatives through to completion.
