Job Description

Analytica is seeking a Technical Project Manager to support a long-term federal government program. The ideal candidate will lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of complex technical and data-focused initiatives while serving as a key interface between stakeholders, technical teams, and program leadership. This role requires strong project management skills, experience leading multidisciplinary teams, and familiarity with enterprise data, analytics, and information management environments.

Responsibilities Include (But Are Not Limited To)

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technical and data-centric initiatives, ensuring projects remain aligned with scope, schedule, budget, contractual requirements, and organizational priorities.

  • Coordinate and lead multidisciplinary teams including Data Engineers, Business Analysts, Analytics Engineers, Data Scientists, developers, and other technical specialists to deliver high-quality solutions.

  • Serve as a primary point of contact between client stakeholders, technical teams, and program leadership, facilitating communication, issue resolution, decision-making, and alignment across competing priorities.

  • Manage project plans, schedules, resource allocation, risks, dependencies, action items, and other project management artifacts required to support successful delivery.

  • Facilitate Agile delivery activities, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

  • Collaborate with technical teams supporting data pipelines, ETL processes, data integration, data warehousing, data quality initiatives, analytics, and business intelligence solutions.

  • Support onboarding, training, operational rollout, and sustainment activities while driving continuous improvement in project delivery, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

  • Communicate project status, accomplishments, risks, and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences, translating complex concepts into actionable information.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.

  • Five (5) + years of project management experience supporting technical programs and initiatives.

  • Experience leading multidisciplinary technical teams and managing competing priorities across multiple stakeholders in fast-paced client environments.

  • Experience supporting data-centric programs involving data pipelines, ETL processes, data integration, data warehousing, data quality management, analytics, reporting, and business intelligence solutions.

  • Familiarity with SQL and enterprise data environments, including reporting, analytics, and data management concepts.

  • Experience supporting Agile delivery methodologies and facilitating Agile ceremonies.

  • Strong understanding of project planning, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and operational service delivery.

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences through effective written, verbal, and presentation skills.

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.

Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP, PMI-ACP, DASM, CSM, SAFe, or equivalent project management certification.

  • Experience supporting federal government programs.

  • Experience supporting healthcare, analytics, information management, data governance, business intelligence, or other data-driven initiatives.

  • Experience coordinating teams responsible for data engineering, analytics, software development, reporting, or information delivery functions.

  • Familiarity with modern data architectures, enterprise data platforms, data governance practices, and data quality management principles.

  • Experience using SQL and familiarity with Python or other scripting languages to support analysis, automation, troubleshooting, or operational activities.

  • Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships, navigate complex stakeholder environments, influence decision-making, and drive projects to successful outcomes.

  • Active Secret Clearance preferred.
