American Express Global Business Travel (GBT) is seeking an experienced, strategic Salesforce Technical Project Manager (TPM) to join our Project Management Office within the Salesforce Center of Excellence (COE) team.

In this leadership role, you will be accountable for end-to-end project success, drive cross-functional collaboration, and ensure our technology initiatives align with business objectives. You will manage complex project portfolios, navigate collaborator dynamics, and champion process excellence to deliver groundbreaking results.

What You’ll Do

• Accountable for end-to-end project success and achieving project objectives, timelines, and budgets
• Establish clear project governance, success metrics, project dependencies and risk management frameworks and ensure projects deliver measurable business value and strategic alignment
• Develop comprehensive project plans with defined scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements
• Coordinate project execution, monitor progress against baselines, maintain partner visibility and track and report on key benchmarks and project health metrics
• Build and mentor high-performing project teams; foster collaboration and accountability
• Coordinate multiple related projects within the program portfolio and identify, track, and manage interdependencies across projects to ensure program objectives are achieved
• Resolve conflicts and dependencies to maintain program momentum and alignment
• Lead change management initiatives when stakeholder requirements or priorities shift and help teams adapt to evolving business needs while maintaining project focus and delivery
• Communicate impact and manage stakeholder expectations through transitions
• Evaluate proposed changes for impact on scope, schedule, budget, and overall strategic coherence and maintain change control processes and documentation to ensure project integrity

What We’re Looking For

• Availability to work onsite 100% (Montes Urales office)
• 5+ years of project management experience, with at least 2+ years managing technical or Salesforce projects
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches)
• Proficiency with Salesforce and project management tools (Jira, Asana, or similar platforms)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, strong analytical and problem/solving abilities.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification
• Experience in a PMO or Center of Excellence environment
• Salesforce administration or configuration experience
• Experience handling program-level initiatives with multiple interdependent projects
• Background in travel, technology, or SaaS industries
