We are seeking a proactive Technical Project Manager to lead TeamViewer Frontline software implementations within our Professional Services team. This role manages project planning, customer engagement, and cross-functional delivery to ensure implementations are completed on time, within scope, and aligned to customer business goals.
Develop and manage project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, milestones, and deliverables
Lead software implementation projects from kickoff through go-live, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget
Serve as the primary client contact for project updates, expectations, risks, and decision-making
Coordinate internal teams, technical resources, and third-party vendors to support successful project execution
Identify, manage, and escalate project risks, issues, dependencies, and scope changes
Gather customer requirements and translate them into clear implementation plans and project deliverables
Align implementations to customer goals to support adoption, value realization, and long-term success
Facilitate client onboarding, training coordination, and transition to Customer Success
Maintain accurate project documentation, including status reports, project plans, requirements, and change logs
Coordinate system integration, deployment activities, and user acceptance testing with technical teams and client stakeholders
Partner with technical experts to support solution discussions for TeamViewer Augmented Reality and Remote Connectivity offerings
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent industry experience
3–5 years of project management experience within a SaaS, software, or technology environment; with knowledge in on-premise and virtual private cloud, too
PMP, CSM, or other relevant project management certification
Experience managing the full lifecycle of software implementation projects
Experience in customer-facing project management, consulting, customer success, or account management
Strong customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering measurable business outcomes
Experience using project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, SharePoint, and Confluence
Excellent written, verbal, and client-facing communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Fluency in English required; additional language skills are a plus
Willingness to travel up to 20% for client and project team engagement
Working knowledge of APIs and integration technologies, including REST, SOAP, GraphQL, FTP/SFTP, JDBC, XML, and JSON
Experience supporting troubleshooting efforts in SaaS or on-premise environments
Familiarity with mobile applications and smart glasses technologies such as Android, iOS, iPadOS, Vuzix, RealWear, Google, or Microsoft devices
Understanding of integration, system, and user acceptance testing processes
