We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager / Program Manager to lead complex technology initiatives and drive successful project delivery across cross-functional teams. This role requires a strategic leader who can seamlessly manage projects across Agile and Waterfall environments while balancing business objectives, stakeholder expectations, budgets, timelines, and quality standards. You will be responsible for overseeing the complete project lifecycle, from planning and execution to governance and delivery, ensuring alignment between technical teams and business stakeholders. The ideal candidate combines strong project management expertise with a deep understanding of software development, SaaS platforms, and digital technologies. You will play a critical role in mitigating risks, optimizing resources, improving delivery efficiency, and ensuring projects generate measurable business value while maintaining strong communication and collaboration across all levels of the organization.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project and program delivery across Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Build strong relationships with sponsors, business leaders, project stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
- Define project scope, deliverables, milestones, timelines, and success criteria.
- Create and maintain project plans, work breakdown structures (WBS), Gantt charts, and governance frameworks.
- Drive project execution while ensuring adherence to quality, budget, and timeline commitments.
- Manage project budgets, resource allocation, scheduling, and financial tracking.
- Handle Statements of Work (SoW), proposals, RFQs, RFPs, and project governance activities.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while proactively addressing roadblocks.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams, business stakeholders, and leadership.
- Monitor project performance and provide regular status updates, reports, and recommendations.
- Support teams during challenges, ensuring resilience, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure successful delivery of business value through effective planning, prioritization, and execution.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- Strong experience managing technology projects and programs in Agile and Waterfall environments.
- Solid understanding of Project Management Lifecycle, SDLC, Scrum, and software development processes.
- Hands-on experience with project planning tools, methodologies, and governance frameworks.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, resources, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
- Strong exposure to SaaS platforms, application development, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities with a business-focused mindset.
- Ability to lead teams through ambiguity, changing priorities, and complex delivery challenges.
- Experience handling project documentation, reporting, governance, and compliance activities.
- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or related project management certifications are highly preferred.
