Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager (TPM) to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of AI product platform initiatives across Incident engineering, Cloud mgmt, and Network Ops programs. The ideal candidate will combine strong project management expertise with technical understanding to coordinate cross-functional teams, manage risks, and ensure successful delivery aligned with business objectives

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end project delivery across software, cloud, infrastructure, DevOps, or digital transformation initiatives.
  • Define project scope, goals, timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Coordinate with engineering, architecture, operations, security, and business stakeholders.
  • Manage Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog tracking, and release coordination.
  • Track project progress, dependencies, risks, issues, and mitigation plans.
  • Drive stakeholder communication through status reports, dashboards, and executive presentations.
  • Ensure alignment between technical solutions and business requirements.
  • Facilitate vendor coordination, tool integration, and third-party engagements.
  • Monitor KPIs, delivery quality, SLAs, and project governance standards.
  • Support change management, process improvement, and operational readiness activities.
  • Ensure compliance with security, governance, and regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, Scrum, and DevOps methodologies.
  • Experience managing cloud, infrastructure, application development, or enterprise IT projects.
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as ADO, Jira, Microsoft Project, or ServiceNow.
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps, CI/CD, and DevSecOps practices.
  • Strong communication, leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience managing budgets, timelines, and distributed teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Experience in enterprise transformation or modernization programs.
