Job Description

We're looking for a technical project manager responsible for managing critical software infrastructure projects as part of our Platform Engineering team. You’ll be working closely with platform engineers as well as product managers and members of other teams, which will require your excellent communication skills. You’ll be involved in all phases of the software development lifecycle and make a direct contribution to the success of our organization! What you’ll be doing here:

• Clarifying requirements, setting expectations, and managing timelines
• Formalizing and improving our documentation on Confluence
• Using Jira, Google Docs, Confluence, and other software to manage inter- and intra-team communication
• Effectively matching project management methodology to project complexity
• Triaging and trafficking requests from across the organization

About you and your skills:

• Excellent communication skills
• Demonstrated attention to detail
• Comfortable with the software development process and interested in learning about complex, highly-scalable infrastructure technologies
