About the role

As Technical Project Manager, you’ll take ownership of how we bring our product to life for customers - from signed deal to live solution.

You’ll sit in Operations, but your work will naturally connect Sales, Product, Tech, and our partners. A big part of your role is making sure those parts actually work together in practice.

At its core, this role is about bringing clarity and structure to complex deliveries, helping us build a more scalable way of working

What you’ll do

  • Own and drive customer implementations and technical delivery end-to-end

  • Coordinate across customers, Product, Tech, and partners to keep delivery moving

  • Break down complex setups into clear plans, scope, and execution

  • Identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks—and actively resolve them

  • Improve delivery processes to increase speed, quality, and predictability

  • Translate customer needs into practical solutions, balancing technical setup and business value

We believe you have

  • Experience leading complex tech projects or SaaS implementations

  • Strong track record of delivering customer-facing projects end-to-end

  • A technical or engineering background (or equivalent experience)

  • Excellent stakeholder management skills

  • Fluency in Swedish and English

  • Comfort using AI tools in your daily work
