Job Category: Professional ServicesNorthland Control Systems is seeking a Technical Project Manager to join our Professional Services team and lead complex, custom security and technology projects with budgets of up to $2M. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys solving complex technical challenges, and brings deep expertise in physical security systems and application engineering.
You will play a critical role delivering high-impact, global projects for leading enterprise clients and driving successful outcomes across technically complex environments.
Reporting to the Director of Professional Services, you will own the end-to-end delivery of technical and custom projects—from initial scoping through final execution. This includes defining project scope, managing budgets and timelines, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful delivery across multiple stakeholders.
You will serve as a key liaison between internal stakeholders, customers, and external partners, providing leadership, direction, and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
