We are a leading full-service web design and digital marketing agency specializing in the jewelry industry. We serve clients across the United States and other parts of the world. We're currently looking for a Technical Project Manager to join our team!

Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage complex web development projects from initial concepts through final implementation.
2. Work closely with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, deliverables, and resources needed.
3. Use Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) to drive project planning and execution, fostering an environment of continuous improvement.
4. Organize and facilitate project planning, daily stand-up meetings, reviews, retrospectives, sprint and release planning, demos, and other Scrum/Kanban-related meetings.
5. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time and under-budget delivery of projects.
6. Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs to keep the plan accurate, updated, and reflective of authorized project changes.
7. Track project performance to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals.
8. Act as an interface between the development team, internal stakeholders, and clients to clearly convey project status and risks.
9. Foster a project culture encouraging knowledge sharing, decision-making transparency, and innovation.
10. Resolve any issues and solve problems throughout the project life cycle.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Management, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in project management within a web development environment, focusing on e-commerce platforms, preferably Shopify.
3. Strong experience with project management software like JIRA, Confluence, and other tools.
4. Solid understanding of web technologies, technical languages, browsers, and operating systems.
5. Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban, with a track record of applying these in practice.
6. Project management certification is a plus.
7. Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills in English.
8. Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking.
9. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Nice to Have:

1. Experience with other e-commerce platforms like Magento.
2. Experience in a fast-paced, agency-style work environment.
3. Shopify Partner experience or certification.
