The Genomics business is enabled by global engineering teams working on next-generation applications and Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS), customer portals, and enterprise platforms. As a Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading multiple teams working across different technologies, ensuring predictable delivery, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
This role demands strong people, process, and product management capabilities, with the ability to define clear goals and ensure the team consistently meets them. PERFORMANCE APPRAISAL CRITERIA Eurofins has a strong focus on Performance Management system. This includes quarterly calibrations, half-yearly reviews and annual reviews. The KPIs shall be set and may vary slightly between projects. These will be clearly communicated, documented during the first 30 days of your joining.
