We’re hiring a Technical Project Manager (Integrations) to lead the technical onboarding and deployment of our SaaS product for mid-to-large companies. You’ll be the bridge between project delivery excellence and deep technical understanding of APIs, data models and integration patterns—owning the client relationship from discovery to go-live.

Lead product rollout projects, managing scope, risks and timelines to meet contractual commitments.
Run discovery workshops with client stakeholders; define the optimal integration strategy
Act as the primary technical expert on the Loyal Guru API (features, data models, auth).
Be the main point of contact for delivery, building trusted relationships.
Prioritize a delivery roadmap by business value and technical risk.
Coordinate tasks across internal/external teams; report status, risks and budget
Ensure deadlines are met while shielding equipos from distractions.
5+ years managing complex IT projects with a hands-on background (Dev, Solutions Architect, etc.).
Solid knowledge of PMBOK and project methodologies.
Deep understanding of APIs, SaaS, data modeling and integration patterns
Excellent communication with stakeholders (English C1, French B2).
Analytical, structured, and relationship-driven; CS/SE degree or equivalent.
PMP certification; Retail experience; Agile (Scrum/Kanban).
