Job Description

As a Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and directing the technical functions within the E2E and Fixed IMS domain. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the quality of service and stability of solutions while advising on customer network evolution and driving project up-scopes.

Your role:

· Leading and directing technical functions including the Analysis & Design group and the Integration, Verification & Validation group;

· Verifying the E2E Quality of Service and stability of solutions, ensuring all project KPIs are within contract definition;

· Advising on customer network evolution strategies and identifying opportunities for project up-scopes;

· Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and implementation;

· Managing technical resources and coordinating activities across different project phases;

· Identifying and mitigating technical risks throughout the project lifecycle;

Your Profile:

· Strong technical background in telecommunications with focus on E2E and Fixed IMS domains

· Proven experience in technical project management within the telecommunications industry (minimum 1 year)

· In-depth understanding of network architectures, protocols, and telecommunications systems

· Experience in leading technical teams and coordinating cross-functional activities

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

· Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

· Fluent English and German language skills (minimum B2 level)

· Ability to work in a dynamic environment with occasional weekend work requirements
