Infra/Cloud Project Manager  - MSP Services To £60k + Benefits Hybrid + 3-4 days Remote (SE customers + London or Essex offices)

Who's it for...

We are proud to be partnering with a fast growing Private Equity backed Managed IT Services Provider. An established MSP and Microsoft Partner business now into the early stages of their high growth journey to build and expand to a 50M T/O business!

This offers the opportunity to join at this exciting time where newly created role's like this Project Manager position are being newly created. Plus this offers the chance to become the Head of Project Management and to establish PMO/PM services better and build a team around you as success grows.

They requirean experienced and adaptable Project Manager who's had experience working right at the outset to meet manage the client around a projects milestones and its billing elements

From here its working with the internal teams, and the customer from project kick off's to manage both the key stakeholders, your internal teams and the project itself through to solutions and service build/deployment.

As successful MSP working in the SME <300 user customer sector, they are also building larger customers up to 3000 users where you will also sit to manage high profile technical projects from end to end. These will include: Microsoft Cloud services, EUC/Desktop, M365, Azure, Security, Data Centre and Networking.

Split across Managed IT services and Professional IT services you will offer customers a best in class technology project management services and be given the opportunity to share your voice on how projects might be better run, as well as all the templates and project documentation piece.

Projects can/will include...

- EUC/Desktop - Microsoft 365/MFA/Conditional Access/AVD

-Cloud Services - Azure / Private Cloud / Data Center

- Security (Microsoft Defender, Endpoint)

- Device Management (MDM, Intune)

-Networking (Routing, firewalls)

-Project Transition ( in/out of service/BAU)

What do you need?

-Solid Project management experience in a similar IT services environment

-Ideally have; infrastructure, cloud, workplace or networking project experience

-Be PRINCE 2 qualified (*practitioner ideally)

-Have great stakeholder management and relationship building skills

-Have full UK RTW already

-Have dealt with SME and SMC size customer organisations
