Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and technology-driven Technical Project Manager to lead complex projects and bridge the gap between technical teams and business objectives. In this role, you will manage end-to-end project delivery, translate technical requirements into actionable plans, and ensure that solutions are implemented efficiently and to the highest standards.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage multiple operational and technical projects from planning through delivery.
• Coordinate daily work between Media Buyers, R&D, Data/Feed partners, Advertising Platforms, and Finance.
• Identify workflow bottlenecks, optimize processes, and implement scalable operational improvements.
• Lead automation initiatives to reduce manual errors and improve performance across teams.
• Provide clear communication and regular project updates to stakeholders.
• Build and maintain operational dashboards and performance reports.
• Identify, escalate, and resolve technical or operational risks early.
• Ensure the timely delivery of project milestones by improving collaboration between departments.
• Oversee implementation and validation of APIs, conversions, and postback URLs to maintain accurate data flow across systems.

Requirements

• 1- 5 years of experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering & Management or related fields.
• Strong communication skills, high attention to detail, and strong technical orientation.
• Comfortable coordinating between multiple teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English.

Advantages
