The Technical Project Manager (TPM) leads the planning, execution, and delivery of secure cloud modernization and operations projects across Microsoft GCC-High and Azure Government environments. The TPM is responsible for managing sprints, backlog priorities, work assignments, schedules, and dependencies for a cross-functional team of architects, engineers, analysts, and compliance specialists operating in a CMMC Level 2 enclave.
This role serves as the central coordination point for Agile delivery and governance—ensuring that project milestones are achieved, risks are tracked, and all deliverables meet compliance, quality, and security expectations. The TPM collaborates closely with the Lead Technical Enterprise Architect, Business Analyst / Technical Writer, and the client to ensure alignment of priorities, transparency of progress, and timely escalation of issues.
The ideal candidate has strong experience in SAFe Agile or Agile frameworks, is proficient with ServiceNow for ITSM and project tracking, and understands secure cloud delivery within the U.S. Federal or Defense Industrial Base (DIB) space.
