Technical Project Management - Sr Professional II

About your role:

As a Technical Project Management - Sr Professional II within Professional Services in our Bank Solutions business, you will lead large-scale, client-facing projects that span multiple business units and functional areas. You will partner with internal stakeholders and clients to plan, coordinate, and monitor project scope, timelines, budgets, and outcomes. Your work will help drive predictable delivery, cross-functional alignment, and successful project execution.

What you'll do:

  • Lead large-scale, client-facing projects from initiation through completion, with responsibility for scope, timeline, budget, and delivery outcomes
  • Build and maintain consolidated project plans to define overall scope, milestones, dependencies, and critical path activities
  • Identify, assess, and communicate project risks, dependencies, impacts, and issues to support informed decision-making and ongoing project control
  • Establish project governance by defining roles, responsibilities, decision rights, escalation paths, and meeting cadence
  • Define and align success criteria at project initiation to support measurable outcomes and stakeholder alignment throughout the project lifecycle
  • Communicate project status, milestones, risks, and decisions to stakeholders on an ongoing basis to ensure visibility and transparency
  • Facilitate alignment across business units and functional teams to support enterprise objectives and coordinated delivery

Experience you'll need to have:

  • 5+ years of experience leading large-scale project management initiatives in a matrixed, client-facing environment
  • 5+ years of experience using project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Visio, and PowerPoint to manage timelines, deliverables, and reporting
  • 5+ years of experience in consulting, professional services, or a related project delivery environment
  • Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders, track project dependencies, and communicate project status, risks, and outcomes
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in business, information systems, finance, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience

Experience that would be great to have:

  • Experience in banking, financial services, and/or software industries
  • Experience working within a Professional Services organization
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent certification

How you'll work:

  • This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity.
  • This role requires use of a computer and audio equipment.

Travel:This role requires occasional travel (up to 10%).

Salary Range

$72,000.00 - $126,600.00

These pay ranges apply to employees in New Jersey and New York. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.
