Technical Project Leader(TPL) in Architecture and Network Solutions (Light Solutions) | AUMOVIO Korea

The Technical Project Lead (TPL) is responsible for managing and guiding technical projects from inception through completion. This role involves defining project objectives, managing resources, overseeing the project team, and ensuring successful project delivery. The TPL will collaborate closely with various stakeholders, including the global R&D team, to ensure that project goals are met within the designated timelines and budget.

Responsibilities

  • Technical Project Management:
    • Lead and manage technical projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
    • Define project goals, including deliverables, schedules, and quality standards.
  • Project Planning and Control:
    • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans in accordance with company procedures.
    • Control and monitor project budget and resource allocation.
    • Establish effective project organization, including meeting structures, information/knowledge exchange, documentation, and archiving processes.
  • Team Leadership:
    • Lead project team members functionally, providing clear direction and support.
    • Assign work packages to respective project team members, ensuring accountability and progress.
    • Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with the global R&D team and other relevant stakeholders.
    • Negotiate engineering changes and communicate effectively with customers.
    • Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Risk Management and Reporting:
    • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring proactive issue resolution.
    • Report overall project status to senior management and escalate issues when necessary.
    • Ensure transparency and regular communication regarding project progress and challenges.
  • Quality Assurance:
    • Ensure that project deliverables meet the required quality standards.
    • Implement and maintain project documentation, ensuring thorough archiving for future reference.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Proven experience in technical project management, preferably in a related industry
  • Strong Leadership and team management skills
  • Project Leading Experiences
  • Excellent communication and negotiation tools and software
  • Ability to work effectively in a global, cross functional team environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
