Job Responsibilities:

What you can expect

• You will be part of a Research and Development team aiming to create new features for new products
• You will work with teams providing AI/Machine Learning / Vision algorithms solutions
• Full responsibility in coordination with all technical aspects in a project
• Secure requirements on all levels in final deliverables and per release
• Secure the Architecture and Verification Criteria of all defined products and product levels
• Exercise final decision making and document made design decisions from technical point of view
• Support the project manager regarding technical planning and steering (holy dates, releases, CV/DV/PV, design reviews)
• Support the project manager in technical issues towards the customer
• Drive technical escalations in all areas
• Make sure that all correct processes are followed, and that the correct tools are used in the project
• Secure that cost is always considered when making design decisions
• Is the main interface with the Customer
• Coordinates Supplier activities
• Continuously identifies project risks, contributing to their mitigation
• Ensures that Problem Management and Change Management processes are defined and followed in the project

What you'll bring

• At least 7 years of experience in System Engineering OR Software/Hardware Development
• At least 3 years of experience in a leading position
• Good understanding of all domains processes: SW Development, Hardware, Mechanics, Functional Safety, Validation
• Demonstrated ability to find efficient solutions, to prioritize
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work in a dynamic team environment
• Fluent in Agile, 5Why/8D, FMEA
