About the Company

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Technical Project Coordinator to join our client's project delivery team. This role focuses on supporting the execution of AI, IoT, and software development projects, ensuring smooth coordination across teams and timely delivery. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of technical projects and strong organizational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support end-to-end project execution for AI, IoT, and software initiatives
• Work closely with developers, engineers, and cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery
• Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables
• Assist in requirement gathering, documentation, and project planning
• Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports
• Identify risks and escalate issues when necessary
• Maintain clear and effective communication with internal teams and international stakeholders

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in project coordination or project management (software, ERP, or technical projects)
• Basic understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication skills, especially in English
• Ability to work effectively with remote and international teams
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar platforms is an added advantage
