This role is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering technology projects for healthcare organizations. The individual will act as a key liaison between the client and Optum Connect, ensuring smooth coordination and successful delivery of projects within the healthcare domain.


Shift: 3:00 PM - 1:00 AM


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Managing end-to-end projects for the client's clinical and non-clinical projects
  • Identify and define business, functional and interface requirements
  • Defining project scope, objectives and deliverables aligned with healthcare regulations and organizational goals
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation
  • Collaborating with clinical, administrative and IT teams to gather requirements
  • Provide regular status updates to leadership and stakeholders
  • Maintain documentation for audits and compliance.
  • Facilitate meetings and ensure transparency in progress tracking
  • Leverage enterprise-approved AI tools to enhance productivity and innovation by streamlining workflows and automating repetitive tasks. Evaluate emerging trends to drive continuous improvement and strategic innovation
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in IT project coordination, preferably in a healthcare or technology environment
  • Basic understanding of IT infrastructure and SDLC processes
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow, MS Office and familiarity with MS Project or similar project management tools
  • Proven solid team-oriented skills with the ability to interact effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Proven excellent communication skills, including prior experience working with onshore healthcare clients
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Proven solid orientation toward customer service and teamwork


Preferred Qualifications:

  • MP or equivalent certification
  • Working experience with ServiceNow for project tracking and management
  • Familiarity with HIPAA and other healthcare compliance standards
