Technical Programme Lead Job Profile

Controlled Environments Company (CEC) is a single source supplier and solutions provider to customers operating in critically clean and controlled environments. We are currently recruiting for a Technical Programme Lead to join our busy team in Leixlip, Kildare.

The suitable candidate will take on the role of detailed systems implementation planning, development, testing and subsequent implementation. This will be a fast-paced role which will involve working within a wide and diverse business environment, where speed, innovation and quality will all be of equal importance.

Responsibilities:

  • Support planning, execution, and monitoring of technical projects from initiation to closure.
  • Maintain project schedules, task lists, and dependencies using project management tools.
  • Track milestones, deliverables, risks, and issues, escalating where appropriate.
  • Develop weekly, monthly, and executive reporting. Create project specific reports with key performance metrics and results, and Ad hoc reports as required.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, stand-ups, and project reviews.
  • Prepare agendas, capture meeting notes, and track actions to completion.
  • Communicate project updates clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Assist with change control, documenting scope changes and approvals.
  • Manage and allocate resources effectively across all projects.
  • Analyse and provide data insights on customers and project data.
  • Assisting to develop new ideas towards continuous improvements.
  • Liaise with customers on various projects, enquiries and issues to provide assistance and ensure the highest level of client satisfaction is achieved’.
  • Regular problem solving and ability to identify solutions to customer and company issues.
  • Other tasks in the role remit as required.

Skills & Experience:

  • Problem solving aptitude, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in a Project Coordinator/Lead role.
  • Good understanding of Project plans, and can clearly articulate roles, project goals and timelines.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of lean management principles, driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, reduce waste, and improve overall performance.
  • Flexible, reliable, hardworking with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Ability to use own initiative and work independently.
  • Tech savvy individual with previous experience using software systems e.g., SAP, Microsoft Projects, Teamwork, etc.
  • Good interpersonal skills with ability to deliver a high level of customer service.
  • Flexible to take on additional duties as required.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
