* Lead TPM community initiatives including developing playbooks for program management best practices, representing the TPM function in company-wide forums, and partnering with leadership to address organizational gaps
* Evaluate program portfolio direction, manage organizations through significant change, and make principled decisions about launching, evolving, or sunsetting initiatives based on mission alignment
* Use risk analysis frameworks including scenario planning and contingency development to inform decision-making across the organization and improve cross-functional risk management practices

Qualifications

* Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)
* Experience applying AI tools and multi-agent workflows to redesign program management processes, with measurable improvements in delivery quality or operational efficiency
* Experience building and scaling TPM community practices, including authoring playbooks, leading cross-functional forums, and driving adoption of program management methodologies across large engineering organizations
