Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, Construction Engineering, Construction Management, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in project and construction management.
• 5 years of experience in construction management.
• Experience with commercial contract management and procurement.
• Experience managing construction projects within an international working environment.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience managing vendor relationships and an understanding of standard practices in the design and construction industry.
• Experience working with data center equipment and environments (including switchgear, generators, chillers, cooling towers, air handling units, controls, security monitoring, and fire safety systems), with an understanding of startup and commissioning processes.
• Ability to build strong relationships and deliver on action-oriented tasks.
• Ability to communicate in Frecnch fluently.
