Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  
• 5 years of experience in program management.
  

Preferred qualifications:

• 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
• Experience working in SaaS or subscription-based business models, with a deep understanding of recurring revenue streams or enterprise customer lifecycles.
• Experience in software development workflows (code review, testing) and define quality metrics for automated systems.
• Experience managing end-to-end product lifecycles and large-scale rollouts.

We focus on developing value-capture strategies, managing usage limits, mitigating abuse, optimizing purchase flows, and minimizing customer churn for millions of global businesses. Building core infrastructure for metering, billing, and invoicing based on SKUs and resource consumption. Modernizing our enterprise administration platforms, advancing mobile administration tools, and deploying AI agents and assistants to streamline IT operations. Building robust auditing and reporting platforms, deploying AI-driven diagnostics, and designing seamless migration and onboarding pathways for enterprise and small business customers.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to understand or identify defined work problems and program goals, obtain prioritized deliverables, and discuss program impact.
• Prioritize program goals, understand and translate other stakeholders’ needs into program goals and prioritized deliverables with minimal assistance, and contribute to decisions on prioritizing goals and deliverables.
• Define the scope of projects and develop, execute, or manage project plans for supported programs.
• Review key metrics pertaining to a program, monitor potential metric deviations, and define corrective actions for critical deviations.
• Identify, communicate, and collaborate with relevant stakeholders within one or more teams to drive impact and work toward mutual goals. Build, maintain and enhance business, operational, and management dashboards. Build relationships and manage complex dependencies across core product teams, Payments, Risk, Legal, and Privacy departments.
