Job Description
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in engineering program management.
- 5 years of experience in cloud computing emerging technologies or related technical fields.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with Google’s infrastructure and infrastructure management systems.
- Experience with VMware ecosystem and tools.
- Experience managing large, cross-functional programs spanning a various set of stakeholders in engineering organizations.
- Understanding of technical judgement and distributed systems.

Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end program execution for product launches.
- Drive influence across the program team and the program overall.
- Manage program management by navigating complexity across high breadth and depth.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, launch velocity driving decisions and organize work into subprojects.
- Collaborate with engineering and product management to drive prioritization, planning and product roadmap.
