Job Description

We are hiring a Technical Program Manager (TPM) with deep expertise in RDK-B (RDK Broadband) to lead large-scale embedded and media platform programs. This is a high-visibility role working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, production-driven environment.

This role is ideal for someone who combines strong technical depth in embedded systems and broadband platforms with proven program management experience, and can successfully drive complex initiatives from concept through delivery.

Mandatory Requirement:

  • RDK-B (RDK Broadband) experience is required

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end program execution for RDK-based (RDK-B/RDK-V/RDK-M) embedded platforms

  • Manage full lifecycle delivery:

    • Planning, execution, tracking, risk mitigation, and delivery

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including:

    • Engineering, Product, Sales, Services, IT, Finance, and Support

  • Drive Agile execution using:

    • SAFe / Scrum methodologies

    • Tools such as JIRA dashboards and reporting

  • Provide regular updates to Senior Leadership and executive stakeholders

  • Identify, anticipate, and resolve program risks and dependencies

  • Coordinate deliverables, timelines, and project assets across teams

  • Lead business, technical, and program review meetings

  • Ensure alignment across teams for product launches and releases

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 10+ years of overall experience in Embedded Software Development

  • 4–5+ years of Technical Program Management experience

  • Strong experience in:

    • RDK-B / RDK / RDK-V / RDK-M programs

    • Set-top box / media / broadband domains

  • Experience with:

    • SAFe, Agile, Scrum methodologies

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

  • Ability to interact with senior leadership and executive teams

  • Proven ability to work in high-pressure, fast-paced environments

  • Strong understanding of:

    • Product lifecycle management

    • Development processes and release cycles

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • 15+ years combined Engineering / Program Management experience preferred

  • Experience managing programs in large enterprise or telecom/media environments

  • Ability to independently build relationships across multiple business units

Work Environment & Expectations:

  • Onsite role based in Philadelphia, PA

  • High-impact role with visibility across leadership teams

  • Requires strong ownership, accountability, and proactive problem-solving

  • Fast-paced environment with multiple concurrent initiatives
